Without access to emergency medical services, workers at remote or high-risk worksites can be vulnerable to serious health risks. Kel-Dam First Aid Services provides certified Mobile First Aid Units, Mobile Treatment Centers, and First Aid Attendants for remote or high-risk worksites across British Columbia to help mitigate these risks. Based in Kamloops, BC, we are proud to be recognized by WorkSafe BC, helping to ensure workers across the province have access to safe worksites and reliable medical services.
Job Title: Level 3 First Aid Attendant
We are actively looking for Level 3 attendants in the Victoria, BC
Our first aid services are available for any worksite where a First Aid Attendant and an Emergency Transport Vehicle (ETV) or a Mobile Treatment Center (MTC) is required under the BC Workers Compensation Acts.
Mobile Medical Units are mobile medical facilities that are stationed at work sites to provide immediate medical access to staff.
Mobile Treatment Centers are mobile medical units that can access worksites promptly, catering to serious injuries that require advanced medical care and emergency transportation.
First Aid Attendants are board-certified medical attendants, which include Medical First Responders, Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 3 Attendants, and Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Certified Attendants.

Highly Trained First Aid Attendants
In compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations for high-risk worksites, all of our medical staff are trained by the top first aid training schools, and are certified in Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 3.
Our team also includes attendants with Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification, who are experienced in providing essential life support and pre-hospital care onsite and during emergency transport.
Certified Mobile First Aid Units
All of our first aid units are maintained and operated according to the general requirements in the BC Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulation. We make sure our mobile first aid units are outfitted with the proper resources and equipment for any type of medical emergency, as well as emergency transportation.
Mounted on four wheel drive trucks, with certified rollover protection, our units can safely access worksites through harsh terrain and easily move in and out of remote areas. Our mobile first aid units also include advanced communication equipment for remote locations, including GPS, cellular devices, and handheld radios.
